Marzialetti Santa Cruz specializes in small-, medium- and large-scale electrical installation works of various types for the oil and energy industry. Most of the electrical works that have been implemented or are under development are components of electromechanical works, due to their size and the technical requirements of different clients.

The company has the resources required for optimal works execution: a fleet of trucks, lifting equipment and a broad base of operations, with the added value of trained personnel and works supervisors specializing in low-, medium- and high-voltage work.

FINISHED WORKS

Construction and Assembly of two 35 kV switching and distribution bays - Usina La UGA (acid gas power plant). El Huemul field , Santa Cruz.

Client: SINOPEC Argentina Exploration and Production Inc.
Date: July-November 2013

Each 35 kV switching and distribution bay is composed of an input field equipped with disconnectors and switchgear panels, a Commercial Measurement System, and 5 outgoing feeders, equipped with disconnectors and reclosers.

The service consisted of:

Provision and assembly of metal structures and supports
Provision and assembly of dedicated lighting tower.
Assembly of switching equipments and switchgear panels
Provision and assembly of of precast concrete structures and construction site.

Outcome/Progress: The two switching and distribution bays were delivered on time and in accordance with the technical specifications requested by the client. During the 5 months of work on the site, there were no work-related or environmental accidents of any kind.

Modification and Expansion of Electrical Installations, Geoservices Bases, YPF site, northern Santa Cruz, 2009

The modification and expansion of the power systems for the Geoservices bases of operations, involved total renovation of the low-voltage supply system for the company’s offices and maintenance sheds at the YPF Cañadón de la Escondida 2 and Cañadón de la Escondida 10 sites.

The service consisted of:

Replacement out all the low-voltage wiring (trunk and branch).
Replacement out general and distribution low voltage switchgear panel.
Replacement out indoor lighting
Reconditioning lighting in outdoor parking area
Expansion of outdoor lighting in workshop and storage area. Provision and assembly of lighting towers.
Conversion of fuel pump and tank power supply to explosion-proof system

The electrical work consisted of enlargement of 700 meters of 13.2 kV power line with concrete posts; setting up three overhead distribution substations of 13.2/0.4/0.22 kV, with protective fuses at 13.2 kV and on the 0.4/0.22 kV output lines; and installing 13.5 km of preassembled low-voltage line, to power supply to residences and public lighting.

Services provided consisted of:

Electrical work consisted of assembly a 13.2/0.4/0.22 KV-315 KVA overhead distribution substation with corresponding protective fuses at 13.2 kV and on the 0.4/0.22 kV output lines. Installation of 1,100 meters preassembled low-voltage line, to power supply to residences and public lighting..

Services provided consisted of:

The electrical substation consists of protective 13.2 kV fuses, the 13.2/0.4/0.22 kV -500 kVA power transformer, low-voltage protective fuses and the low-voltage line to power supply the store. The 13.2 kV power line was extended 100 meters.

The electrical work consisted of extending the 13.2 kV power line 400 meters with concrete posts. Assembly a 13.2/0.4/0.22 kV overhead distribution substation -315 kVA, with protective fuses at 13.2 kV and on the 0.4/0.22 kV output lines; and installing 800 meters of preassembled low-voltage line to power supply to residences and public lighting..
