The works consists of the mechanical and electrical assembly (low- and medium-voltage) of the Meseta Espinoza thermoelectric plant at the Meseta Espinoza field belonging to Sinopec in northern Santa Cruz.
The service consisted of:

- Conduit, wiring and connection of main power
- Command and communication wiring
- Assembly of control panels and electrical boxes
- Conduit, wiring and connection of the auxiliary services feed
- Auxiliary low-voltage wiring installation and connection
- Assembly of pipe trace heating cables
- Assembly and connection of lighting systems.
- MEDIUM-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
- Assembly of the main busbar, connection of transformers to the busbar and assembly of auto-disconnect switches to support structure.
- Assembly and connection of 0.4/33 KV step-up transformers for energy transmission.
- Connection of equipment to grounding systems

- MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OF FUEL GAS SYSTEM
- Constructions and assembly of piping: gas line and plant conditioning/measurement.

- MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OF REFRIGERANT HANDLING FACILITIES
- Assembly of refrigerant intake and discharge system (storage tanks, pumping systems, distribution manifolds and connections to generators).
- MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY WATER SYSTEM SERVICE AND CONTROL ROOM DRAIN (Sanitary and sink wells).
- MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OF GENERATOR DISCHARGE FACILITIES
- Connection of effluent drainage system from generator troughs to underground collection system.
- MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OF CLEANING/SERVICE WATER SYSTEM:
- Assembly of system for supplying cleaning water to generators (storage tank, pumping system, manifolds and connections)
- MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OF SERVICE WATER AND DRAIN SYSTEM TO CONTROL ROOM
- Assembly of system for supplying cleaning water to storage tank in the control room.
- Plumbing between control room and absorbing well drainage pit.
- UNLOADING, PLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF SKID-MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND CONTAINERS
- Unloading, positioning and assembly of 40' power modules on sleepers, power and auxiliary services transformers on punts, 20' control room on support blocks, electrical room on support blocks and 40' locker shed on support blocks.
- MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY OF GENERATORS
- Assembly of preassembled radiator units, piping, preassembled exhaust units, supports and guardrails
- ASSEMBLY AND PLUMB POSITIONING OF FRAMES AND POLES
- Assembly of MT busbar frames, rotary switch, Kearney desconectors, current transformer support, voltage transformer support and lighting towers.
- ASSEMBLY OF CATHODIC PROTECTION SYSTEM
- COATING OF PIPES
- Protective coating for underground sections of fuel gas, oil, coolant and service water pipe.
- PAINTING OF PIPES
- Application of paint schemes to piping and structures fabricated in situ and retouching of paint on prefabricated and installed equipment
- TESTING OF PIPES AND SYSTEMS
- Testing, inspection and certification of systems: fuel gas, oil distribution, coolant distribution and cooling, discharge collection, service water distribution and drainage of condensate in separation filter.
- PRECOMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING OF FACILITIES
- Precommissioning and commissioning of fuel gas system, chromatograph and recording and measurement instruments, oil distribution system, coolant distribution system, service water distribution system, automatic purge system for liquid separation filter and cathodic protection system, coating and painting of overhead and underground pipes.

The work is in line with the time frames specified, with the technical specifications requested by the client, without safety or environmental incidents.
